RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased. You can return hats by mail within 14 working days of receipt of your goods.

  • You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. 
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from Us.
  • Please ensure that the item you are returning is repackaged with all elements. Un-worn, and un-used.  If item was tampered with or shaped by customer, it is not eligible to be returned.

 SHIPPING INFORMATION:--- IN-Stock items

Each hat is hand creased to the customer's specifics.  This takes extra time in shipping.  We will shape the hat, then send a picture to verify it's how you'd like it shaped.  

We ship in order of orders placed.  If buying Priority shipping, we will ship those first.  We ship via UPS and depending on location (these ship from Idaho) UPS can take 7-12 days to deliver.  If you select Regular Hat shipping those can take 12-15 days for delivery.  

Please note we only ship Monday-Thursday.  We have two hat shapers working through online orders so please adjust for time.  We cannot guarantee items with a week's notice.

 

 

If wanting a they will be processed once they arrive.  Custom items are shipped when they arrive from the factory.  Please allow 8-12 Weeks for those orders.
